I enjoy working with people. My approach is collaborative with each person wanting to overcome emotional struggles as with sadness, fear, anxiety, anger, confusion, hopelessness, or the sense of disconnection with life. Sometimes the life we wanted is buried under the things we own. The real-life situations, choices we make, and lineage we carry can limit our ability to experience peace, liberation, and bliss. I like to be able to create the opportunity in our work in learning to live a liberated life, free of painful past hurts and worries of the future. In spite of all the life challenges, life is to be celebrated. My approach is to help people so they make themselves available to the experience of awareness and wisdom and improve their relationship with their own selves as this relationship forms the basis of and sets the tone for every other relationship we may have. It helps in strengthening our relationships, handling stress, and living happily and effectively. I often use spirituality to address the issues and struggles. I see spirituality is an inward journey to explore who we are, finding our authentic self and the ability to connect with real self. I feel my medical background helps to understand mental health scientifically while addressing mood, personality, and thinking disorders including family conflicts.
